台北市一名高齡91歲陳姓老翁，7天前自信義區住家出門後便失去消息。家屬著急報警，警方也調閱監視器追查，最後在南港區山處竹林裡找到。只是老翁身體虛弱有脫水現象，但並無其他外傷，生命跡象也很穩定，身上沒有其他財物，到底這7天來怎麼過的？連員警和消防隊員都直呼不可思議。

這個月2日下午2點多，陳姓老翁從信義區林口街的住家外出後，便沒再返家，焦急的家屬四處尋找都沒找到人，深夜前往轄區太出所報案，並向警方表示，老翁有輕微失智，先前就有2次走失的紀錄。

警方立即從老翁的住處沿路調閱上千支監視器，發現老翁似乎是忘記回家的路怎麼走，一開始不斷在巷弄內徘迴、繞圈子，就這樣走了4個多小時，直到監視器畫面發現老翁身影，出現在南港區成福路121巷，但也是最後出現明確的身影。

由於巷弄底就是山坡地，遍尋不著老翁身影的警方研判，老翁可能走進山區，於是協同家屬、通報消防局組成搜救隊進入山區搜救。這個月9日上午10點多，果真就在成德國中校園旁山坡地的竹林裡，找到陳姓老翁。

失蹤整整7天時間到底去了哪裡？做了什麼？肚子餓了渴了怎麼辦？在哪睡覺？老翁似乎都記不得了。而比對老翁出現蹤跡的地點，7天來似乎就在信義、南港2區不斷遊蕩。

更令警消訝異的是，老翁除了有脫水狀望、身體虛弱，其他皆無大礙，也沒有外傷，生命跡象相當穩定，怎麼維持的？讓警消直呼不可思議。不過安全起見，尋獲老翁後還是將他送到醫院，進入加護病房觀察治療，16日已轉往普通病房，確認沒有大礙。
